A 120% bonus of up to ৳10,000 is available on your first deposit at win11. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (on the bonus amount). Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳18,000 before withdrawing (1,200 × 15 = 18,000). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be applied to one account only once.
• Bonus offers are time-limited — any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• win11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

6.4 VIP Cashback

win11 has four VIP tiers — Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. Cashback for each tier is calculated on a weekly basis.

7. Betting Rules & Game Guidelines

7.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is recorded, it is considered active. win11 will not be responsible if a bet is not recorded due to a technical issue. Bets cannot be changed after the result has been announced.

7.2 Sports Betting

• All bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to the official markets on the win11 platform.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, win11 will settle the bet according to the applicable rules.
